Landsdowne Maintenance is a fully accredited essential services provider, and we remain at your service for essential needs during the Covid19 Lockdown.

As a Regulation 11A company, we are certified to provide services under sections B15 and B24 of the Act, in the provision of critical maintenance and repair in relation to the rendering of essential services; and in Cleaning, sanitation, sewerage, waste and refuse removal.

What does this mean?

This means that during the 21 Day national lockdown, we are part of the services that are permitted by Government to keep your estate and your homes essentially maintained, clean and critically operational. Permissible work is that which falls under the above definitions, relates to an essential service and cannot wait until after the lockdown ends.
