My name is Lauren Michelle Penny I have been in the residential property Industry for over 15 years . I got into property through my introduction to the rental market by my mom who is also an Estate agent for a well known company. I completed my NQF4 in 2009 and am CEAAB FETC compliant. I specialize in sales and rentals, specifically in Bryanston and the surrounding areas.

I joined Landsdowne Investment Properties in 2011 and worked closely with Summercon in launching 8 of their sectional title developments in Bryanston proper . I became their preferred rental specialist and have built very close relationships with all my clients over the past 11 years . I assist with both renting and managing of apartments .

I love my job and have a big passion for what I do and I believe this shines through in my work and in helping all my clients find their best suited home .
