I started as an agent 13 years ago fresh out of the water.
Coming from the Motor Industry background I had a fair amount of Sales and Customer service experience.
I had been looking for a rental for myself and just found the service to be shocking
With my eagerness to always help people and make sure everyone is happy I decided to jump at the opportunity knowing that there would be a space for satisfaction and good customer service.
People out there think its an easy job and quick money, but this position takes a lot of patience kindness and dedication.
4 years ago, I completed my qualifications and am now a fully qualified agent and able to do rentals and Sales.
In the 13yrs I have been very successful in my job and have achieved targets and won awards for top Rental Agent in my area.
Joining Landsdowne I have been given the opportunity to relocate to the coast where I have always wanted to be.
I am excited for this new opportunity and adventure in my life and look forward to promoting and growing the Landsdowne name and family down in Ballito and Umhlanga.
